James N. Worden
Partner
James Worden is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Group where he represents clients in all phases of litigation, arbitration and mediation concerning large-scale state, federal, and private construction projects. James regularly advises and represents clients on Design-Bid-Build and design – build project delivery and specializes in handling contract negotiation, claim presentation, and litigation of public and private construction project disputes.
James also has extensive experience representing employers and employees in wage disputes and discrimination claims, representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions and disputes, advising clients on corporate formation and governance issues, and representing individuals and insurers in property and personal injury claims.
