Thomas D. Duquette

Tom Duquette is an associate in the Business Litigation, Insurance and Tort Litigation, and Professional Practice Groups in the firm’s Boston office. Tom has successfully represented a diverse cross section of clients in various complex civil litigation matters including insurance and tort defense, premises liability, employment matters, construction litigation, transportation industry matters, and professional malpractice litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Tom practiced at a firm focused on maritime law and personal injury, a national insurance defense firm, and a business and employment litigation boutique. While in law school, Tom had the privilege of serving the Honorable George A. O’Toole as a Judicial Intern in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and was a member of the Northeastern University Law Journal.
