| Description: | Please join us on March 21st as Sue Yoakum and Dominic Marinelli deliver this informative presentation. As many of you are aware, the Americans with Disabilities Act was revised in 2012. Dominic Marinelli, Vice President with the Accessibility Services, a program of United Spinal Association will co-present a discussion on these 2012 changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act, and its impact, if any, on state and local accessibility codes. Are they compatible and how do they work together? Sue will update us on the legal defenses available to Design Professionals faced with violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. | |
